What's the difference between Basic and Advance plans?+
The main differences are seats (3 on Basic, 10 on Advance) and AI credits per month (300 on Basic, 800 on Advance). The Advance plan also lets you save reusable plan and survey templates. All product features are available on both plans.
Can I run multiple events at the same time?+
Yes. Each event lives in its own project workspace with its own brief, planning board, creative assets, and P&L. Your team can switch between projects without any overlap. The Advance plan supports up to 10 seats, making it ideal for agencies managing several client events simultaneously.
Is my data secure on Praloop?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Financial data in the P&L Module is protected with role-based access controls so only authorised team members can view, edit, or approve records. The two-stage P&L locking creates a full audit trail for every financial close.
